Meet Dr. Chanthasalo
Dr. Siri Chanthasalo was born in Laos and moved to Illinois at a very young age. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Northern Illinois University in 1997 and went on to the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002. From there she chose Elgin’s beautiful far west side to open her practice because of her ties to the community. She and her husband have two children, with family and friends that reside in the area. She also enjoys the diversity that the town offers. As the area grows, Dr. Chanthasalo wants to grow a family dental practice that she and her community can be proud of.

Meet Dr. Enberg
Dr. Kevin Enberg thoroughly enjoys working at Providence Family Dental! He is a lifelong Illinoisan. He has undergraduate degrees from Northwestern University and Loyola University of Chicago. He graduated with a DDS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1997. Besides dentistry he loves family time, photography, and anything National Park/ State Park related.
